"We chose Cyndee because we were really close to her. Even though we were close, she was still very professional when needed and helped in every aspect possible. She went above and beyond helping with deciding between buying an already built home and building a home. In the end we ended up building and from start to finish, which was about 5 months total, she checked in with us frequently and always kept us up to date on certain milestones of our house being built. "Cyndee and Ken Poletski at Community Real Estate Group were a tremendous help when my husband and I were looking to buy a new home and in selling our home of 37 years. When we met in their office, they provided options for selling our home along with visuals on the computer and printed lot maps. They listened to our ideas as well. We decided to list our home with them and are happy we did. The pictures for the listing were fabulous and the home’s history/facts were well written. When there was confusion on our part on closing procedures, Cyndee explained the process and didn’t hesitate to make things right. She also helped us in buying our current home.
