Step 1 | Scheduling your consultation

We work with each client individually, taking the time to understand your unique lifestyles, needs, and wishes. This is about more than a certain number of bedrooms or a particular zip code. This is about your life.


Step 2 | Getting Pre-Approved

Being pre-approved before beginning to house hunt will ensure that when we find the right home for you, your financing is already in order.


Step 3 | House Hunting

We don’t want to put you through dozens of showings, days upon days of looking at homes. This is why we do so much pre-work at our first consultation, and also by previewing the homes ourselves first when possible.


Step 4 | Making an Offer and Negotiation

We will do research on the specific property to help us determine the most strategic way to write a strong offer.


Step 5 | Inspection and Repairs

During the inspection period, we will schedule an inspection, which will test the condition of the home.


Step 6 | Appraisal

The lender will order an appraisal to confirm the value of the home. If the home appraises at or above our agreed-upon sales price, we will move forward towards closing.


Step 7 | Final Approval
